Decent Custom Low Tops, minor wait

Cool shoes, took a bit to get here

I returned a regular item once no problem, but for custom shoes, I don't think so unless they messed up the order themselves. Make sure your sizing is right!

How do their custom shoes compare to Vans or Converse custom programs? Is it similar quality or totally different?

Honestly, pretty similar to Converse custom in terms of the shoe base. The printing quality is on par. Vans might feel a bit sturdier overall but Shoesmates does more unique designs.

Shoesmates has way more anime/graphic options which is cool. Vans/Converse are more about colors and patterns. Quality wise, it's competitive for a canvas shoe, but maybe a notch below if you're comparing against Vans' full custom leather options.

Yeah, I'd say stick to your normal size. I was worried they'd run small but they're not like Converse where you sometimes have to adjust.
